a)   Order information

Type gas cylinders purity requirements specification size distribution deviation order delivery date are spot supply, standard mixed gases need to order, delivery time 2-14 day

b) Order terms

1 Bottle filling (user should bring along their own cylinders, if not yearly check, the company can timely inspection) 2 Decant operations (such as amount, conditional limits) 3 Buy a cylinder (buy the company cylinder, can be used repeatedly, in which regular yearly check is free of charge) 4 Rent bootle (charge deposit according to actual condition or rent)

c)   Payment terms

     Under the terms of the order (contract) signed between the both sides

d)  The delivery way

1 The customer take the goods by himself in our company. 2 The pearl river delta region can be door-to-door delivery or express. 3 Outside the province agents (also can deal with door-to-door delivery) less-than-one carload transport, and can be shipped to all parts of the country.

e)   After-sales service

     After the product sale, according to the contract requirements, or according to the different products, different users, or vendors to after-sales service, the difference of different technical conditions of operation. Its scope includes: to provide product manuals, provide technical advice, or warranty. Establish customer files, tracking products, handling customer complaints, letters, visitors, and maintenance products.
